Darlene M Lund was born and raised in a small maritime city. The city of Charlottetown.

The author had a dream.

Actually there were several dreams. One was to one day write a book. Well this day has arrived. On November 7th, 2015 Small town Secrets Revealed will be launched in the Authors hometown of Charlottetown.

Now Darlene can include author amongst her other accomplishments. Darlene’s other dream in life was to a become social worker, “I wanted to make a difference in the world since I was a little girl.” Darlene received her Bachelors of Social work from St.Thomas University in 2001 in the province of New Brunswick. In 2002 Darlene graduated from Wilfrid Laurier University with a Master’s of Social Work.

Within the social work field Darlene has worked in many capacities, from Child protection, community organization, facilitator of Mental Health First Aid, and in the mental health field at the Canadian Mental Health Association.

Therefore, when the book Small Town Secrets Revealed was in process Darlene had a lot of Social work understanding.

Once the book has been out awhile and people’s comments and opinions are revealed this section will be updated to address questions. In the meantime, I hope you enjoy the book, and I look forward to hearing from you.
